Sweet and Tangy Refreshment

You've probably noticed, I have a weakness for lemon desserts. I'm constantly trying new recipes and new combinations of fruity flavor. 


This time I went with a classic, strawberry and lemon. I started with a swirl of lemon and strawberry cake. Then, I filled  half the cupcakes with a strawberry whipped cream, and the other half with a delicious lemon curd. And what could be better to top it off but lemon buttecream. Overall, a delicious treat for everyone to enjoy.
